Most automation work is sold by people who don't do it. Most platforms are built by people who haven't lived inside a finance team at month-end, or a sales team on a Monday morning, or a kitchen at Friday service. We have. We try to write code that respects that.
We're not a Zapier shop and we're not a dev agency. We sit between, small enough to actually ship the thing, technical enough to handle the bits a citizen-developer can't, opinionated enough to push back when an idea is a bad one. Most of our work falls into one of five shapes: workflow rebuilds, AI features with guardrails, internal tools, integrations, and the one-day audit sprint that sometimes precedes them.
We work fixed-scope and fixed-price. We work in your GitHub, your Slack, your stack. We don't sell licences or markups. When we're done you keep everything, code, documentation, runbooks, and the team that knows how to run it.
