A free 30-minute call. You describe what's broken, we ask the uncomfortable questions, and we tell you honestly whether it's worth doing, whether we're the right team, and roughly what it would cost. Some calls end with a plan. Some end with an honest "you don't need us".

Week 1 · scoping doc

Write the plan

A one-page scope you can read in a single sitting: what we'd build, the tools involved, the fixed price and the fixed timeline. Nothing is left vague and nothing starts until you've signed it. If the scope changes later, we tell you before anything moves.

Weeks 2–N · behind a flag

Build it properly

Production-grade from day one, but invisible until it's ready. Work happens in your own GitHub, with a shared Slack channel and a demo every Friday, so you see it working with real data long before it goes live. No mid-project surprises, ever.

Go-live + 30 days

Launch & support

A gradual rollout with dashboards live and a short training session for the team who'll use it. We watch it for 30 days and fix anything that surfaces, at our cost. After that you fully own it, or we keep it monitored and maintained monthly, your call.
