Automating your team's repetitive work.

Every business has eight or nine jobs that someone does by hand, every week — sorting new sales leads, sending invoices, welcoming new customers, sorting support emails, putting together weekly reports. We turn them into software so your team gets that time back.

What we build

What we actually build.

Same shape every time. We sit with the person doing the job, watch how they do it, then build the software that does it for them. We test it alongside the old way before switching over, so nothing breaks.

What you get

A clear diagram of how the job is done today (with the slow bits highlighted), the new software live in your existing tools, written instructions for your team, weekly progress updates on Slack, and a 30-day window where we fix anything that comes up.

What you don't get

A six-month plan. Software we own that you have to keep paying for. Account managers between you and the people building things. Hourly invoicing. Anything you can't take with you when we're done.

How we work is different.

The old way

  • 😩Six-month roadmaps before any code ships
  • 😟One enterprise platform pretending to do everything
  • 😞Hand off the spec, disappear, invoice
  • 😔Demos that don't survive contact with reality
  • 🙁You depend on the agency, forever

The Intellilabs way

  • Tight scopes, shipped in 3–6 weeks
  • 🛠️Built on tools you already have, not ours
  • 🤝A small team that sits in your Slack
  • 📋Documented runbooks for every alert
  • 🔑You own every line of the code

FAQ — Workflow & Ops

Common questions on workflow builds.

How long does a workflow build take?

Most projects take 3 to 6 weeks, usually about 4. Bigger jobs that involve several systems can take 8 to 10 weeks. We give you a fixed timeline before we start.

Do we have to leave our current tools?

No. We use whatever you already have — HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, Slack, Zendesk. We're not selling you a platform. The only time we'd push back is if a tool genuinely can't do the job, and we'd explain why.

How much does a typical workflow build cost?

Builds start at £8,000 and most are £8k to £25k, depending on how many systems are involved and how complex the job is. You get a fixed price after a free 30-minute call.

What about running costs after launch?

We tell you up front. Most projects cost £40 to £200 a month to keep running on your existing setup. If we use AI in the build, those costs are itemised separately so there are no surprises.

Will you train our team to maintain it?

Yes. We write step-by-step instructions, record a video walkthrough, and run a one-hour training session with the team using it. The 30-day support window covers any teething problems after launch. You're not locked in to us.

What if our process changes after launch?

Things change, and that's fine. If you'd like us to keep improving things and build the next idea, we offer a Partner package from £2,400/month. If you'd rather take it from there yourself, that's fine too — we'll hand everything over properly.Partner retainer from £2,400/mo. If you'd rather take it from there, that's fine too — we'll hand off cleanly.
